Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge - Smoky Mtns by IHG

We stayed at Staybridge in Pigeon Forge for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the bed comfy and plenty of bedding, and pillows. The only con in the room was the bathroom. The shower had no door to close it so water got all over the floor and it made for a chilly shower with no ability to close you in. The counter top space in the bathroom was also pretty small being we were in a 2 room suite. The breakfast was hot and delicious! The choices rotated daily so you didn’t get tired of eating the same thing. This hotel being dog friendly was very helpful. We will definitely here again.

Wonderful hotel! The room was extremely clean! The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety, and the view was simply amazing! I really liked that there’s a kitchen because I don’t like eating out every day. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The only downside was that on the 5th floor, where we stayed, the shower doesn’t fully close, and on top of that, the hot water wasn’t really hot, just warm. I like taking a hot shower before bed, but that wasn’t possible here. Plus, the open shower let in cold air. Also, the door is installed in a strange way and isn’t very convenient (see photo). Additionally, the air conditioner is installed very close to the bed, and whoever sleeps on that side gets the direct airflow. Overall, everything else was wonderful!

This is a nice hotel with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, and great service. It was our family’s first time in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and the experience was magical. They offer a nice breakfast, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Location is great! We had issues with our neighbors smoking weed in their hotel room... the hotel across from the hotel throw parties all through the night making it impossible to sleep if you're in that side. The patio is wonderful but the rooms are teenytiny. The 'suite' isn't a suite at all its just adding more walls and less space. The breakfast was nice and the staff up there is PHANOMENAL! There is storage for your luggage if you ask for it and eating in the top floor is kinda cool. Never been to a hotel with that! We just had issues with people not so much the hotel itself. Although it would've been nice if they helped us with the issue. The couple stayed in the room the whole time we were there and they smoked all. The. Time. And I don't care for the smoking but don't do it in a hotel room. Do it outside. But they didn't stop and I kept constantly feeling sick. We stayed for a few days and just decided to move hotels closer to his work. And the hotel across has no respect for anyone. They play music too loud and they have people in the outdoor pools drinking and that noise is very distracting.

King suite is nice, clean and plenty of room for two. I was surprised by how nice the kitchen was. Unfortunately we got the first floor next to the conference room while they had an event. It was loud. The room and the hotel were nice. It’s very close to Dollywood. Definitely worth it for the proximity to the park. Just don’t get a first floor room.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. I have much to say so I’ll separate my points Location: from visiting Pigeon Forge for several years and being highly familiar with the area, this was a perfect location. It’s central to Pigeon Forge attractions and less than 5 minutes out of town and into the Smokey’s. It sits on top of a hill with other new builds so it offers a breathtaking view of the mountains Rooms: rooms were clean, modern, and well supplied. Room service came in each day to manage trash, towels, and make beds. Each room has a balcony. We traveled with two kids so we loved that the hotel supplies cribs at no charge Services: I’ve never felt so blessed to have a hotel offer a happy hour! Offered Wed-Fri, they have complementary beer/wine and appetizers, which truthfully counted as our family’s dinner! Breakfast and happy hour are served on the 6th floor with a large outdoor balcony, complete with a fire table. Free laundry was a plus. Bring your own detergent to save a ton of money per load We would say our stay was worth every penny spent. We will certainly stay here again!

It just misses from being 100% perfect. The only drawback was the shower, no water pressure, most likely due to the shower head, stall design was flawed, nothing to keep the heat in, so you tend to get cold as you shower. Facility is new, excellent rooms other than the normal low pressure shower these days. Clean, cozy with kitchen area, found it odd that I could not find silverware though. I would always consider this as an option when traveling, it is just short of perfect, great for a couple, they have larger rooms for families too.

The hotel was awesome. Breakfast served daily. Dinner M-W Made life easier. Clean rooms. Quiet hotel. My only complaints1) no jacuzzi 2) the hotel next door does not have an off button. It’s lit up all night. There’s loud music til 10pm, and the space between the two hotels echoes. You just have to keep your beautiful patio door closed all the time. Otherwise, I’d live here if I could. Exquisite service.
